Krieger Child Care Center

Nested in the heart of UCLA Campus forestry, this building designed with twisted parabolic roofing incorporated several construction elements that range from European imported Europly siding, Trex paneling, mill-finish aluminum countertops, exposed metal columns, natural bamboo landscaping, and a sophisticated lighting system.

State of the art kitchen, equipped with top of the line heavy duty equipment parallel to none, is a major feature of this 21st century building. Intricate construction details depicted in every view and energy saving concepts implemented throughout rooms, window and kitchenettes.

The building consists of one story 7,000 gross feet on approximately 1.2 acre site of undisturbed trees. It combines traditional, conventional and modern designs reflecting improvised architectural concepts and ideas.
